We offer 3D laser scan services for utility, power plants, commercial buildings, mining and different industrial plants for brownfield project services.
We provide as-built point clouds, which help to replace the equipment and structure with a good knowledge of the plant layout and reduce any potential conflicts in the design.
Many of the existing plants need renovation and they suffer from lacking as-built drawings and documents. Errors will be introduced in the design when the projects designed, based on the drawings which were incomplete. Many of these errors are invisible up to the construction phase, when they appear it becomes very time consuming and very expensive.
Laser scanning helps to avoid these situations and provide accurate measurements of all the details at the site which will reduce or eliminate the need for costly return visits to the site. More accurate, complete as-builts for retrofit and design, enabling offsite fabrication and less construction re-work caused by interferences and fit-up problems.
